Where can I see my outstanding reports?

You can click on the danger triangle in the top-right, which is only shown if you have reports that you need to deal with. It will take you immediately to the overview of your reports
Alternatively, you can just click on ReportsManage to see the overview.

The upper list on the right side of the window will show "Reports Assigned to You", if there are any.
