How do I set earnings for my staff members?
Setting staff earnings
You can set staff earnings for both existing and for new members of staff.
- Go to StaffManage.
- Click the Modify button under the Actions section of the staff member you want to adjust the earnings of.
- You will now be on the staff overview window. Here you will find a section called Staff Earnings. There are several settings that can be changed.
The settings that can be changed are the following:
- Weekly Payout - Choose here how much your staff member will be paid per week.
- Per-Call Payout - Choose here how much your staff member will receive per call.
- Call Dispositions - Choose here whether this member of staff needs to enter the nature of a call - e.g. Airport booking, normal booking, prank caller,... - upon finishing a call or not.
- Pay All Calls - Choose here whether this staff member is paid for all calls regardless of the nature, or only for valid calls.
- Create Invoice - Choose here how often invoices for this staff member are created
- Invoice Due - Choose here when the payment of an invoice to a staff member is due
You can set all these things immediately when you invite a new member of staff into your team.
- Go to StaffInvite
- The settings around payout are the exact same as above.
