How do I add Customer Contact Data to a Hailed Booking? (COVID-19 Compliance)
You can add customer contact information to a hailed booking by going to the Information tab within the active job on the driver application and clicking the button that says Add Contact Data
Once done, you should then fill in the form that is displayed which asks for just two bits of information, the full name and contact number (please use international format where possible). Then click Save Customer
As soon as you have saved the customer, you will be taken back to the information screen where the customers data will now show.
