How do I demonstrate compliance in the sandbox/test environment with Worldpay?
As part of the Worldpay XML vetting process you will need to demonstrate you adhere to all their requirements by showing it is set-up on your website correctly.
You can do this by doing the following:
1 - Add your sandbox credentials to Gazoop in Admin > Data Providers > Card Processors and ensure you select the "Worldpay Mode" as "test".
2 - Create a new demo customer account in Customers > Create - Note the phone number and PIN number created as this will need to be provided to worldpay.
3 - Create an invoice by going to Invoices > Create - select invoice type "Client Fees" and locate the new demo customer account you created. Create a transaction in the amount of 1.00 and leave it unpaid.
4 - Go to iwc.im and login to the customer account, ensure that in invoices there is an unpaid invoice which can be paid by credit card.
5 - Go to your homepage, and ensure you have an appropriate T&C's and Refund Policy, and ensure there is a link to your Customer Login Panel (or use https://iwc.im) - you should then send your website to Worldpay to review, advising them they need to login and provide the demo logins you created and tell them they need to go to Invoices to make a payment.
