What is the languages section?
Found in AdminLanguages, the languages section allows you to modify the emails and text messages that you can send your to your customers.
Keeping your information up-to-date
To keep your information up to date at all times, we use a system of template literals that point directly to your information in the database. We use this system to avoid you having to change every single email or text message when any of your business information changes. For example, in the emails, {driver_name} will vary depending on the driver the ride is assigned to. You can find a list of literals underneat every section in Languages.
The modifiable emails and text messages are the following:
- Booking information - This shows a message to your customers when booking, e.g. "Annual leave from X to X". Leave this empty to not display any message.
- Booking View/Confirmation Information - This shows a message to your customers when they have placed their booking. Leave this empty to not display any message.
- Booking Confirmation Email - You can adjust the email that is sent to your customers upon their booking here.
- Quote Information Email - You can adjust the email that is sent to your customers with quote information here.
- Booking Cancellation Email - You can adjust the email that is sent to your customers when their ride is cancelled here.
The following settings are about SMS messages. Please be aware that costs apply to SMS messages sent! Also be aware that every 150 characters will be treated as their own SMS message.
