Custom alerting for new bookings received
This can be achieved by going to Localisation Rules From there input the following...
- Rule status: Active
- Event Trigger: New Booking Received
- Check Conditions: Any
- Frequency: Trigger the rule unlimited times
- Variable = Booking Method. Operator = API/Mobile Application. Value = leave blank.
- Variable = Booking Method. Operator = Customer Panel. Value = leave blank.
- Action = Send Confirmation Email. Option = leave blank. Value = enter your desired email.
- Action = Send SMS Message. Option = enter desired option. Value = enter desired value.
