How to raise a pending invoice for a child account early?
To raise a pending invoice for a child account early:
- Go to InvoicesPending.
- Select the customer in the Select a Customer... field.
- Click Modify.
- On this next screen, click Raise Pending Invoice.
- Click the Select a Date... field, choose the final date of payment, and then click Next.
- Select if you want to add all pending transactions, if you want to exclude the child account's transactions, or if you want to exclusively add the child account's transactions.
- Click Next
- You are now on the Create a New Invoice screen.
- Fill in the rest of the form, and click Create New Invoice.

The generated invoice - you can click PDF or Link to immediately see the new invoice after generation - now has a new field, showing the child account the invoice has been raised to if applicable.
