A booking did not go to a specific driver I expected it to go to
To troubleshoot a problem with a booking not going to a specific driver that you expected, we suggest you check the following:
- Was the driver scheduled to work?
- Was the driver in an Available status at the time?
- Did the job match the drivers vehicle minimums (Passengers, cases, type, etc)?
- Was the pickup location within the drivers allowed job offer radius?
- Did you check the job notes to see if the driver simply ignored or was too late accepting the job?
- Is automatic dispatch turned on?
