How do I take a screenshot?
We may ask you to provide a screenshot to demonstrate an issue you are facing, below are the instructions to create a screenshot depending on the type of device you are using.
Windows PC
- Click the PrtScr button on your keyboard.
- Click Start and then type "Paint" and hit Enter.
- Go to EditPaste
- Go to FileSave and Save the File
Mac OSX
- On the Keyboard click Command Shift 3 at the same time.
- A file will automatically be provided on your desktop.
iPhone 8 and lower
- Click the Power Button and the Home Button at the same time.
- The screenshot will be in your photos.
iPhone X and higher
- Click the Power Button and Volume Up button at the same time.
- The screenshot will be in your photos.
Android Devices
- Click the Power Button and Volume Down button at the same time.
- The screenshot will be in your photos.
