What are audit logs?
Audit Logs
To protect your business, we have an audit logs section in which every setting that is added, removed or adjusted is logged. That way, you can see immediately which employee did which modification. On the top of the page, you can see a handy search tool, in which you can search for the following things:
- Field name - A field name is for example "Zoning". When searching for "Zoning", all changes that happened with zoning will be shown.
- Log ID - the ID number of a certain entry in the audit log list.
- Staff - The member of staff that made modifications
- Log Types - the type of logs you want to see, e.g. "Adjustments"
- Pages and Tools - shows a list of logs only for the chosen Gazoop section, e.g. "Administration"
