Why should I Subscribe to a Managed Support Plan?

Our Free Support team are only able to assist with system problems and general guidance with no gaurantee of response times. Some customers need a more dedicated helping hand, helping hands on with configuring their accounts, dealing with general issues, and being available as quickly as possible should anything go wrong. This is where our Managed Support Plans help.

How does it work?

You will be granted access to log tickets with the "Managed Support" department which sends alerts to all technicians to deal with your ticket as quickly as possible. Your inclusive tickets are automatically applied each month, and any excess will be deducted at the relevant rate from your account balance.
